- Banquet Food Requirement: Reservation of seating in the front dining room requires ordering banquet food. Seating without banquet food orders will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Parties larger than 50 guests must reserve the back banquet hall.
- Room Rental Fees and Services: Banquet room reservations are subject to room rental fees, setup, cleanup, and bartender service charges.
- Preferred Seating Requests: Preferred seating requests are considered, but Eagles staff have the final say based on dining needs. Once set up, parties will not be moved.
- Maximum Banquet Tables: A maximum of 4 banquet tables will be reserved for parties in the front dining room, regardless of party size.
- Banquet Food Safety Protocol: Banquet food can only be placed on warmers for two hours per food safety protocol.
- Leftover Food Policy: No banquet food leftovers can be packaged to leave the facility; they will be disposed of according to MN state law.
- Drink Tickets for Open Bar Tabs: Parties requesting drink tickets for open bar tabs must provide their own tickets.
- Standardized Gratuity: A 20% standardized gratuity will be added to all bar tabs associated with the party.
- Cake or Cupcakes Policy: Guests are allowed to bring cakes or cupcakes, but they must be store-bought; homemade goods are not allowed.
- Live Bands Policy: When live bands are scheduled, table reservations will not be available for parties.
